Outstanding and Honest Service!!! One of our apartment washing machines that operates with a digital chip debit card reader was having an issue (ER 18) and was not working. I called in the morning and spoke with Tracy. She was arranging to have a tech come out within the next couple hours. Their tech, Henry called me upon arriving. I've called just minutes ago and felt attacked by Tracey at this facility. This is the second time Tracey has gotten rude on the phone for a billing that had nothing to do with our facility here. I've only called twice for repairs and each bill has been paid on time.
