There's many small things that made this location convenient and worth while to me. Mostly free drying and the straightforward ease of use. However, last time I was here, I saw roaches crawling under Washer 10. Additionally, I'd came home and found a bedbug (dead, but still a horrific find) in my blanket, a bug I am certain did not come from me (and one we also immediately searched the house for to be extra sure). Best place ever to wash… The attendant Jay is the best and helped me from the time to my car to inside… He also always was on the move cleaning and helping others!!!
I was extremely disappointed in Best Wash Laundromats. I am a new time laundromat customer and it was not intuitive or user friendly as to how to use the machines or how to pay. One of the reason's I went to this laundromat was based on other reviews and the information on their website.
