Employee was wiping down surfaces when we walked in. The place seems to be in good repair without broken machines. The floor seems clean, the machines are clean. Pleasant air control and free wifi! I will gladly drive to this location vs the one closer to my accommodations. The pay system is creating a card similar to a gift card and each machine has a tap to pay system. We are visitors in Springfield. On August 12th my husband and I visited your business. The place was clean and tidy. Which we greatly appreciated. On August 19th we returned expecting the same clean facility. Besides the floor and tables being dirty, this time so we're the machines. I was very disappointed. Being that we travel a great deal of the time,using a laundry is something that we rely on.
Absolutely LOVE Best Wash! The service is always great, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Jay! 🙌 Jay was absolutely fabulous—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Had a problem with the card machine & JAY THE ATTENDED WAS GREAT !!!!!! Update went to this location today on 8/14/2026 ( THE ATTENDENT JAY )and my sister was washing her clothes the attended wasn’t out doing his job and when she moved someone clothes that had been in a machine for 30 min the guy came back in but I guess his wallet was not there he went to the door where the Attend was at and the man said a card was missing so he said he watched the camera he said that he watched the camera then started yelling so does anybo... read more
Haven't used a laundromat in years but washer went down and having problems with new parts. This place is clean. The staff was very helpful when it was obvious that we had no idea what we were doing. Have used it four times and have not been disappointed. Have since gone back for larger items. Staff continues to be helpful. I will certainly continue to use and recommend.
