Everything is clean. Everything runs. Free WiFi works well. The owner we encountered was more than happy to walk a couple of noobs through the process. You prepay on a card. You use the card to pay for washers. Dryers are free. The card can be reloaded and is used to access the free dryers. This is a lot more convenient than the old coin laundries. Washer prices are a little higher but dryers are free. Altogether, it was a pleasant experience for an ordinary wash day. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back."
24 laundromat, huh… me and 2 other people are locked out, there is no 24 hour customer service and absolutely no number to actually reach a person to help retrieve our things. You would think they would have someone available for instances like this, I literally cannot even go home to go to sleep because all of my bedding is inside and I have nothing to sleep with. The main doors of the laundromat locked automatically as I was transporting my clothes back to my car. The number they have posted for assistance was not helpful. Just an automated lady that kept saying she would transfer the call to manager and it would never actually transfer. This should not be listed as a 24 hour laundromat if the doors are going to automatically lock leaving patrons locked outside with their belongings inside. This is absolutely not okay
Prices are higher than others around. This place advertises free drying but the only prompt I was provided with was to pay for drying. It’s false advertisement! I had to come back because now I’m sitting outside the establishment locked out when they advertise that they’re open 24 hours a day. I was transferring my clean loads to my car when I was suddenly locked out after trying to go back in.
