After getting a quote for $75 for a bedroom carpet cleaning the “technician“ first tried to upsell me to $400. As it is I paid $225 for “special chemicals” I also paid a sales tax of $38.50. What was that for? It doesn’t say on the bill. The job was mediocre at best I checked in closet corners 5 minutes after they left. See photo of the junk them left on my carpet. Recently, we got our carpets as well as air ducts cleaned by a well-known carpet cleaning service in our Waltham house. The teams led by Wyatt and Robert were on time and professional, even though they had a large area to cover! We're really thankful for the top-notch job they did! I couldn't be happier with the results. I had no intention of cleaning every carpet fiber on my own. Robert and Wyatt from Best Waltham Carpet Cleaners managed to complete the entire carpet cleaning procedure in just an hour and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I plan to invite them back yearly to clean my carpets in Waltham. My carpets were extremely dirty and there was no tool or product I had that could have accomplished the exceptional results that this service did.

The team arrived promptly at 12, within the scheduled window of 12 to 3, which was fantastic. Calvin and Wyatt did an exceptional job cleaning the carpet. They were very meticulous, even taking care of the oil stain on my driveway. I was also pleased to see how they handled the white residue on the grout of my tile entrance. Even a week later, the entrance in my Waltham home is still sparkling clean. I truly appreciate their thoroughness and attention to detail.
