i was denied the right to lease furniture from best value because and employee had a beef with one of my family members. not only did the employee keep my 100 dollars deposit for 2 days he also refused to give me any service and stated that his reason for doing so was solely based on his beef with my family member. i think that the crossett store branch sholud had better service and people who know how to treat ther customers.
