Terrible the owner Jeff cut my ground cable to my alternator so I can get locked out and pay the 40 dollar lock out code...stay away by all means.

I've had my interlock device from these guys for over a year now and it's been perfect. Never misreading and always functioning up to par. Ms. Ruiz was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of learning about the interlock system.
This is the worst customer service/private owner I have ever seen! The owner is very ignorant and rude to his customers. When I had my interlock device removed from my vehicle there was a safety feature that I had on my car that he had to bypass in order to start my car once it was removed. The guy chopped wires in my ignition harness, left wires bare, connected wires wrong, and completely screwed up my wiring.
