Staff very cordial, friendly and helpful in determining what hearing aid best suits my need. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I took my 90-year-old mother in for hearing aid fittings. The technician, Jon Richardson, took us back to the room. My mother has a prosthetic leg from the knee down on her right leg. When she came out of the hearing booth, Mr Richardson turned around and asked me, her daughter, is her middle name Peg?. I thought to myself this can't be happening. I said no it's Edith. He then commented," oh you don't get it, you know, Peg". I then said, " as in Peg leg!? ". This man literally looked at me and said yes and started laughing. ... read more
