When I went in I filled out my paperwork and let them know that I was self pay. I do a flex card at work because our insurance is crappy. I feel like since I didn’t have insurance and they couldn’t bill for a FREE HEARING TEST they came up with a reason not to do it . So don’t think when you go for the free hearing test it’s not free they want your insurance info so they can bill for it. I give them a 0
This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning annually for my exams. The staff were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. The office was very clean and welcoming. Thanks again!
