Horrible service was accused of taking their camera then realized they dropped it on the floor. After returning the boat i was charged $100 for a 10 dollar life jacket that was missing. After asking why so much they basically said this
I had a fantastic experience! The communication was excellent from the start. I was visiting town to see family and planned a trip to Shaver Lake for a few days. The team provided all the information I needed ahead of time, and the boat I rented was perfect for my family. We enjoyed tubing, wake surfing, and had an absolute blast on the lake. Special thanks to BVR for making my weekend with my grandkids and their friends such a great success. Rented a boat and tube and I can’t say enough great things about them. From the time we got there to do the paperwork to the drop off they were so helpful! Boat ran great kids had a great time tubing and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!
My family flew in from North Carolina for my son’s graduation. My parents love to be at the lake. We rented through BVR and I’m so glad we did. We had the best experience. The staff helped us with directions to the lake and many amazing tips. The boat ran great. Thank you BVR!!
