New lifetime customer here! Walked in asking for a Kirby vacuum and very quickly walked out with a very high-quality machine. We went back in later to drop off our old machine, and then walked out with all of the accessories for our new machine! Exceptional rates and great value for everything. Today we gained a new vacuum and even better, a new friend!! Thanks so much Toby! -Gigi and Chloe

Toby was very kind and helpful. He provided excellent service, quick repair with affordable price. I only waited for less than an hour and he repaired my 2 vacuums. His dog, Ringo was so adorable and well behaved. Thank you so much!

He was very helpful. I have a Dyson vac and he couldn't fix the part that we think was broken but he did tell me what was working on it and that helped a lot.

Owner was so respectful, professional, honest, and direct, plus a vacuum expert! I'm always happy with my experience here.
