Amazing laser facial by Dr Shazia Hamid! The facial helped lighten my dark spots, tightened my skin and lessened my wrinkles!! I can’t believe all this is achievable with a laser facial! I had great results after one session and even better after three! Dr Hamid was very professional and tended to my skin with great care. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it!
I came in today and was very sick with a cold. The front desk girl was rude, dismissive, never smiled at me once and honestly shouldn't work there. She made me put on a mask when nobody else in the waiting room had one on. I wasn't coughing or anything. Then she called me by the wrong name multiple times after I kindly corrected her. Dr. Hamid is thee best doctor I’ve been to in Vegas! She makes it comfortable to talk to her and she actually listens and helps diagnose what my symptoms are. She’s truly been amazing. I also enjoy Maryam! Together, they have awesome office etiquette. Thank you for all you do! I appreciate you so much!!
This is probably the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. The patient care subpar, extremely slow. I had to ask if the doctor was coming anytime soon because we’ve been waiting for at least an hour and a half. Only then did they tell us that the doctor was experiencing a family emergency. I understand that emergencies happen but the least you can do is inform the patients on what’s going on.
