Kim Ellis is top rate - If I could I would give her 100 stars! At 8:00 pm. I was filling out paperwork for my home exemption due that day. I panicked as I had to complete by midnight and I had no idea I needed a notary stamp/signature too, and who to hire. I reached out to my Realtor, who recommended Kim Ellis.
