I lived here for a year. When I first looked at the place, it seemed miraculous, but the longer we lived there, everything started to break. It is all done as cheaply as possible. Management was rude and deceitful. We were told that the max amount that would be taken off of our security deposit was $500 for cleaning even though the apartment was left mostly clean except for some dust and hair and that the company would be in contact with us about any other fees. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible management and place isn't really that nice. If you would decide to get a place here, which would be a terrible decision anyway, make sure you know what you are signing up for because they will never keep by their word. The new landlord just threatens everyone with going to court right away, so she doesn't have to deal with anything herself.

The walls are thin, the staff is rude, most of the complaints get brushed off and pushed aside. Never had an issue with the previous manager. 0/10 do not recommend.

This is no longer BUP, this is a soulless corporate company that doesn't void your check and hits you with late fees now.
