Went in for AC repair on April 12, 2021. Quoted $185 for diagnostics plus some works. Agreed. Diagnostics didn't complete until April 13 the following day. John KO, the mechanic, removed all panels to access AC/Heater. Found the issues per my description. Quoted $1000-$15000 to replace the Climate Control Knob. I refused the work as I couldn't afford it.
