They deserve less than one star, there work is faulty and there warranty is worthless, I had them rebuild my transmission 02/07/2025, since than I had to take it back no less than ten times, now it doesn't shift at all. Mark is a cheat and a liar, not to be trusted. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
My daughter is going to college in Toledo. When she had her oil changed at a different business (Valvoline), she was told her car had a transmission leak. She took her car to BEST to get an estimate. While he did find a small oil leak, Mark found no transmission leak. Thank you Mark for being so honest. Other places may have taken advantage of the situation.
Best Transmission were able to Diagnose my car issues and were very fast with getting me back on the road. I was not sticker shocked when I received the bill either very reasonable pricing. Best Communication I have had with someone working on my car,
