Not the best trailer park by far, in fact a very toxic environment. The park manager Doris and her henchman Martin control this park with a dysfunctional mean spirited heavy handed nastiness. Doris is an angry, hostile, senior lady out to cause misery in people's lives. She lies and claims to be the owner of the park, but she is not. She's a psychopath that prays on senior women, the weak, and those that don't kiss her ass. She brings grown woman to tears and gets off on it.
