Needed to purchase a car quickly having been in an accident and I saw the VW Golf that these guys had up on Autotrader. As it happened, I was going on holiday for 2 weeks before I was able to come along to view the car, I spoke with Gary who kindly agreed to reserve the car for longer for me (until I was home a few weeks later) for no extra fee.
