Had a glad hand replaced on a trailer and this company charged us double for the same repair we just had done in Calgary with another shop, with a different trailer. Best Towing did not list call out mileage on invoice, or call out rate, nor did they list fuel surcharge rate. We won’t be using this company again. Transparency on invoices should be mandatory.
