These people have no issue risking your life for money (see end for diagnosis). How else can being so under qualified while continuing to work on cars be explained? They did a terrible job and tried to make it seem like I was the problem (I spoke to three men): 1.) Missing lug nut? “It was already missing!” (Mind you, nothing was said to me) 2.) I purchased brand new tires. After getting down the highway realized my car now has a horrible shake at 65mph. Take it to my trusted precision auto and find out not only did the not balance the tires, The tires are used! Not to even mention the little attentions to details, all my tire caps were missing as well and the service took way longer than should. Writing this as I get ready to head up there to get a refund. Make sure you have a trusted/reliable 2nd opinion before visiting these shops.
This place couldn’t even patch a tire correctly AND didn’t put my chrome valve stem cover back on. Requested a tire patch, all seemed ok, left , went back to work, came outside to leave for the day and tire flat. Was able to get air and make it back to the shop just for them to take my tire off and have me waiting outside like I don’t even exist. There’s also a lady here very upset about the same thing! Customer service was amazing!!!! Brisco gave me a great deal on 2 tires n went above and beyond on the service would 10/10 recommend this place for new/used tires very professional/friendly atmosphere I'll definitely be back here if I need tires again
