I've attempted to do business with Shannon for years. I've given him many attempts, I am finally done. I bought a set of new tires from him with complimentary tire rotations. I called 2-3 times per week to schedule a tire rotation. He told me to call back a different day each time for weeks. Eventually I did it myself. I use a local mechanic shop that sources this shop's alignments, each and every time they come back driving crooked, or steering wheel not straight, or loose parts. Shannon went above & beyond to save me & my friends in a tough situation. I'd highly recommend this shop's services.
I picked up a nail at my motel. It was fixed with no problem in a reasonable amount of time.
Got to use in a timely matter. $73.00 to swap out a tire on a rim for a class C including taking it off RV and back on. At least it got done and better than being stranded. My usual charge at home is $10-$20. Knabb being a tourist town things are above renosable.
We stopped in for a flat tire repair. They patched it quickly and even put the spare back under the rig! And even checked the air on the rest of the tires, asked where we were headed and gave us some great camping ideas...great guys and a lot less expensive than we thought it would be. After over 100 more miles of dirt and back to Washington, I would highly recommend this shop!!!
