An architect friend recommended Best Tile to me and I'm so glad they did! They have been so great to work with, responsive and proactive. They helped with design choices, had great communication, and helped me with additional orders of original selections. I have also met other customers who, unprompted, said what a great store and team they are to work with. Highly recommend! Jean and Ray have been fabulous.
these people are so mean unhelpful arrogant and rude. I complained to the owner about my terrible experience at his shop, and his reaction was he did not care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish that I could give minus one star.
We had an exceptional experience working with Dale. She patiently listened as we described the project, and then showed us several examples, and we quickly narrowed it down from there. What I appreciated most is her deep knowledge of color and how the tile would look in both natural and artificial light. I have had such great success with the folks at BestTile. Virginia, Raymond and Lee have provided extremely knowledgeable service - they know their stock and availability like the back of their hands. After shopping around a bit, I found that BestTile had the best selection and the most pleasant people to deal with. I'll definitely work with them again. Virginia is stellar!
