Misleading – Overall, we had a decent experience here. They were helpful but not pushy when we were picking out our tile, and they let us take home samples to help us decide. However, once we purchased the tile, they were very misleading about their return policy. We were told that we would not be able to return an opened box of tile, which we accepted. Felt like a Millionaire client...not a customer! – I had been looking at tile for a long time because once you put tile down on your floors, it is not coming up...if it cracks or chips because you chose the wrong tile for your furniture...or if the tile was too heavy for your floor????
