Beautiful surroundings just wish every guest got same quality stay. Listing allows things to fall apart through the year, neglecting repairs till the off season. Even communal spaces for all guest to enjoy were in disrepair. There's no way of knowing what your getting till after you book the nonrefundable listing. Customer service is also lacking here.
Love the place, but found out 6 wks ago that I'm being charged 50/mo more for my lot than other renters, and despite trying multiple times and means of trying to have it fixed, nothing has changed, and a couple of us have been told we can't be given the owners number.
Falsely selling trips on Groupon. Wouldn’t answer phone and message said “due to high call volume”.... blah blah blah. Went on website and no help there so I drive to the address that is 45 from my home and their address is a Real-estate company and they’ve been there over six years. Best travel Texas was never there. This is a complete scam and they don’t even exist. No one around their address heard of them. Would give a negative 5 star but that’s not an option. SCAM ALERT.
I reserved one Cabana 3 weeks ahead for Son's Island, but they called me two days before going there to cancel my reservation because there are not enough guests on that day(Sunday). They ruined my weekend because I called many of friends for that. Never plan with them again because of their bad customer relationship.
