Javier responded the same day to my broken garage door spring issue. He did not have the exact spring size for both sides on the first visit, but he got the garage door working safely for the moment so I could still access materials stored in the garage for my home project. By the next business day, the needed parts were handled and the repair process felt smooth and professional. The total price was very fair for the garage door service, and I was happy with the quick response, honest work, and local support in Syosset.

Best Syosset Doors & Gates installed my heavy garage door years ago and later changed the spring on it. Recently, the center bracket on my older wood garage pulled loose from a lag bolt, which left the door out of line. After my garage door spring snapped again, I finally did what I should have done the first time and called Best Syosset Doors & Gates. Instead of putting more money into an old builder-grade garage door that was worn out and breaking down, I decided to replace the whole door. The new garage door I chose had to be special ordered, and Patrick kept me updated through the process with great communication. The ... read more

We approved the work, and the following morning at 8:00 Theodore arrived on time and ready to start. I showed him the issue with the garage door, including the broken spring area and how the door was not opening correctly, and he got right to work. He handled the repair quickly and professionally, checked the hardware, and m... read more
