He kept us updated about his arrival, which we appreciated. Bruce figured out the issue with our garage doors right away and explained what needed to be fixed, along with an estimate. Our garage door, which was pretty old, suddenly stopped working because of a broken gear. Instead of trying to sell us a new door, Best Syosset Doors & Gates fixed the problem for much less than what a replacement would have cost. The track hardware was outdated and hard to find parts for, but their technician, Leonard, was able to repair it anyway.
