I'm really grateful to the owner for the great service. Our garage door had been broken for a whole year, and every time we received a large supply order, the delivery drivers had to leave everything outside. Now that our garage door is repaired, vendors can easily bring inventory inside. Plus, I asked if he could fix gates, and he checked his tools and managed to repair our gate, which was previously held together with tape. Now our gate is completely secure thanks to him.
I had service performed on January 6 by Oren. He replaced the springs on our door. He also upsold me on replacing my motor. After the work was completed, I have not been sent an invoice after three weeks. I have called the office three times and they keep telling they will send it. The last time I called I was hung up on. I'm concerned that this is not a legitimate business. At the very least it is extremely unprofessionally run. Buyer beware.

In a careless moment, I managed to reverse into my daughter's garage door, causing it to derail from the track and leaving a sizable dent. This made the door inoperable. Brady and his crew have always been there for us with our garage door needs. They've just come out and assisted us once again, this time with one of our service doors. They did an excellent job and their prices were very fair and reasonable! I'm sharing this because, once again, the very next day I made a mistake.
