The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with our situation. The really nice thing was they didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want or couldn't use.
Quoted me an absolutly outragious price to install a free standing stove, obvious did not want the job.
I’m a serious DIY and I almost never write reviews, but these guys have earned my respect. I contacted them with needing specific parts for an older stove, so not a money making deal for them. The technician went above and beyond and not only got the right parts for my current older pellet stove, but provided the parts setup for a newer stove too if I choose to upgrade down the road.
