Fraudulent charges, charged to card I paid $60 for pro rate even tho it was the end of the month and they charged $210 to my card not even 2 days later even tho I got one of the 10 by 20 storages for $95 absolutely do not give them card info or your money I'm going to be going after them

I have had nothing but problems with this storage - a FEW examples - my lock didn't work & had to be replaced twice, the manager has been mostly unavailable & both times he DID show up he's been annoyed & VERY rude, my check wasn't picked up from the check slot (even tho checks are an option on all paperwork, it isn't an option at this storage) & I was locked out - I had to leave work multiple times over a 3 day period to check if my unit had been unbarred so I could access my things for a time sensitive meeting & the gates ... read more
