I had a really great interaction with Kimberlynn...she was so helpful, thoughtful and made everything super straight forward! They even left a little care package in the unit when I first opened it :)
If I was able to give it 0 stars, I would . This storage facility is absolutely disgusting. Be sure to view it before paying, as we paid for one month and after viewing the nasty facility we decided it wouldn't be a good fit for us. We asked for our refund, and they refused. Very unprofessional staff with horrible customer service. Staff member said they will place "mouse traps" around the facility along with inside the storage area. Who says that? Better to book elsewhere!
Do not store your belongings here before looking at the unit. I did that mistake. The ceilings are chicken wired mesh allowing easy access for mice or other critters to get in. When I expressed my concern Michelle said they can put some mouse traps in the unit and keep checking up on my belongings . Also she said it may get dusty in there. I called back to cancel my storage and was told no refund and there is a one month minimum. I missed the fine print. Now I am out $220 and looking for some where else to store my belonging... read more
