Trust the reviews and look for a different pediatrician. Nobody ever answers the phone, nor returns calls. Plus the billing and the admin department seem to be a mess too.

Very disappointed with their services and communication. I called and called and no one answers the phone or calls back after leaving multiple VMs. When I finally got a hold of someone after 3 weeks of trying, I was told my son could get developmental testing for autism and I just needed to send a referral. All his information was sent and only to find out that they won’t schedule and will not see him because he is not an established patient or uses them as a PCP and have an extensive wait list as well. My wife and I have called numerous times over a couple weeks to try and secure an appointment with them and never can get through to anyone. No one calls back, no sense of urgency and not a place I would want to depend on for our child. I’m sure the physicians are great but the front desk is costing them.

First- Jessica is freaking phenomenal. She is always up to date on information and eager to listen and provide professional advice. I cant tell you how many nurses/doctors who shamed me for formula feeding. She asked questions, understood my situation and was helpful in providing guidance and care accordingly.
