Do not use this company. I tried booking them for carpet cleaning and I first asked for before and after photos of their work. But they refused to send any and kept insisting I look at their website, which doesn’t even have photos. I still booked them for 10am and on the day of the appointment they messaged asking me to send pictures of the rug—they should've asked me this at the time of booking, not last minute.
