Rob made our first spa purchase a great one! He was super knowledgeable about the product, was patient with us even though we made some last minute changes, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. We love our hot tub. We are new to the hot tub game and Rob Mendoza was great about teaching us what was important in the purchase and helping us select the right tub for our needs. We love our new hot tub and use it all the time. The guys even came back out to help us adjust it when we realized that it was not level due to the ground underneath. Spectacular shopping experience and corresponding customer service.
