I had a very disappointing experience with Best & Sons. After my vehicle was dropped off, Tyler locked it and left my key on the passenger-side tire without my knowledge or permission. Later, my car was stolen. I trusted that my vehicle and key would be handled securely, so finding out the key had been left on the wheel was shocking and upsetting.
