We are very pleased with the new windows we had installed in our master suite and in the basement. Alex and Sergey did a great job installing them. They were pleasant, answered all our questions. and cleaned up well afterwards.
Installation team Aleks and Sergey were great, they did a good job besides the cold weather , this was caused for delayed delivery over a month.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with! We ordered 8 windows from this company. The guy who measured our windows did not measure the depths correctly and the guys who installed the windows complained the whole time about the new windows not fitting properly! The depths of the windows were off for almost every window. Some of them stick out an inch or two too far, some of them stick in too much into our stucco. I contact this company (best solution windows and doors) for an estimate and they were the best price I found. My wife and I had been in contact with Vasyl who is very knowledgeable, polite and respectful, in the end they came out and replace 8 windows in our house and let me tell you the windows were beautiful, the installers were very efficient, they were able to remove and replace all 8 windows in one day during winter just 3 guys which is crazy to me.
