I tried to get STC ratings from this company to ensure their product is suitable for the full window and door replacement in my home. I called and left a message, I responded to the text message number. The receptions says they received no messages. I explained what I was looking for, and mentioned I don't want to waste the project managers time if the product is not suitable. I require that information first.
