Receptionist at the front with the dark long hair needs retraining on her customer service, maybe just an off day.. Almost lost our business not gonna lie but Dr. Best and Erica in finance won it back. This will be the third child getting braces here and the work is exceptional. They are very thorough and really know how to make the parents/kids feel comfortable. We appreciate you guys and your fair prices, that's says a lot these days.

Dr.Best is the best! I’ll never forget my very first appointment. Having brackets placed that same day, he gave me encouragement that through time my smile would improve. Note to self: stop removing wires and bands before appointments :) I could tell my nurse didn’t like it. (She’s always sweet tho!)
The best place you should get your teeth done. All the Dr. Is excellent everyone work there very nice. Me and my Husband travel there just to get me teeth done. We don't speak Spanish. All the Dr. They are speak Enligh. they are explained everything you need to be done .me and my husband very happy. I will come back next time .thank you so much for everything.
Worst service, Dr. Adam Best is very unprofessional, I don't recommend anyone to go to this place, I took my son there for treatment, and after making payment they breached contract by trying to offer us a full refund saying that it was more complicated procedure, when we asked for details they said they discarded photos and other evidence of their medical findings, and refused to put in writing or even explain verbally any explanation why they couldn't help our 12yr son, or why they wanted to terminate our contract, and off... read more
