I was unexpectedly billed $17 for a cleaning that's fully covered by insurance. I tried multiple times to reach billing. I left messages with no response. Instead I received notices threatening collections. I paid to avoid the hassle. I've decided to find a new dentist. Patients should be aware of potential billing/communication issues.
Everyone at this practice is Friendly and caring.
Everything was great.
Had to go to another dentist to have the work this practice did corrected after years of hiding my smile and dealing with discomfort. The dentist I went to was shocked at the work. Hopefully the technique has improved since I had my procedures done. 🤞 Tip: The administration answering their not glowing reviews could use a course in public relations.
