They ruined my brand new blue blazer. I'll go tomorrow and see if they were able to fix it. If not I'll update my review after my 3rd trip there and let you know if they make things right. They weren't able to fix the bad work on my $500 blue blazer. IT'S RUINED!!! They do terrible work on men's suits. DON'T GO THERE FOR ALTERATIONS!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and would not recommend this business. While the hem on my dress was done correctly, the sleeve work was completely unacceptable. I came in four separate times to have simple spaghetti straps added, and each time it was either not done correctly or not placed properly.
