Came in when they were about to close and the lady stayed longer to stitch up something I needed for the next day. She did charge extra for the rush order, but it was understandable for late heads up and urgent request.

The work done to my daughter's prom dress looked unprofessional and it looks like they did a rushed job. My daughter is very disapointed with the work done to the prom dress. We had to spend an additional $200 for a new prom dress since the original dress sent to Best Sew was ruin. We only paid $65 for the dress, but they charged us $150 for alteration and add on to the dress. The add ons are loose , looking like the sewing was done in a rush, looking like a child did it. They did a great job on a last-minute alteration I needed on a suit. They even ironed the new shirt I bought at no additional charge.

The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star rating is because the result of the custom design I wanted was good. But in regards to the way they were about to charge me, an additioanl $500 dollars for a design I presented to them with multiple pictures since day one, and they told me it was going to be $100. It does not make sence that after giving them a visual representation of the product I wanted they could not come up with an average amount.
