HORRIBLE! I took my daughters teddy to be restuffed and was highly disappointed. The sewing was unprofessional thread could be seen everywhere and the teddy was stuffed so tight like taxidermy. My daughter was terrified if went them attempt to correct the issue they would ruin it further so we took it somewhere else. So glad we did! Came in when they were about to close and the lady stayed longer to stitch up something I needed for the next day. She did charge extra for the rush order, but it was understandable for late heads up and urgent request.
The work done to my daughter's prom dress looked unprofessional and it looks like they did a rushed job. My daughter is very disapointed with the work done to the prom dress. We had to spend an additional $200 for a new prom dress since the original dress sent to Best Sew was ruin. We only paid $65 for the dress, but they charged us $150 for alteration and add on to the dress. The add ons are loose , looking like the sewing was done in a rush, looking like a child did it.
