Thomas was my technician and he was everything you'd expect an outstanding technician to be: on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Additionally, after diagnosing what was causing the problem with my dryer, he very clearly explained my options and the pros and cons of each choice. My dryer is running well now and I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received.
