We have a brand new KitchenAid refrigerator with built-in icemaker that hasn’t worked since January 2025. That appliance has been to our house three times and I’ve never stayed more than a half hour. They are stating that the appliance is working as designed and has told the manufacturer the same. KitcheAid no longer wants to pursue fixing this icemaker because of the feedback from “Best (?)
