The customer service was terrible and unprofessional. The responses lacked communication skills and it was obvious that they cared more about profit rather than trying to be honest.
We have used Best Service Company three times. Twice to install A/C and once to install Heating and A/C. The company was started and owned by Wayne Best and he is the greatest. Now he supervises his sons and I can say if you want it done right, go with Best Service Company. It is hard to Google because you end up with the best A/C companies and so on, but if you Google Best Service Company, you get it. This is old fashioned courtesy, competence, and service. Trust me, you will like it.
