Kelvin and the crew were amazing. We hit some speed bumps in the middle of the highway that had no signs indicating they were present that broke ball joints and tie rod ends and stranded us just outside cloguet. We called around and Kelvin said to bring it by and he would do what he could. One of his employees gave us a ride to a local hotel and Kelvin and his crew got us back on the road the next morning with fair pricing, honest communication and their hard work Highly recommend this auto care company.
I had my vehicle interior detailed yesterday and am extremely impressed! Customer service was incredible and my SUV is as clean as the day I bought it!!! Since my vehicle wasn't super dirty, they even discounted the price to fairly represent the amount of work needed. I will absolutely be returning for interior detailing services again!!
Brought my car in to get a fuel pump replaced I was somewhat disappointed with their service. They charge me more than quoted for the labor and they replaced the fuel straps and charge me half again but list price is at Napa Auto Parts for their best straps The technician told me didn’t think the fuel pump is solved my problem because my making model car had a lot of problems with the throttle body. Got my car detailed on Friday at Best service and I just got to say, their communication is amazing, their punctuality is top tier, and their professionalism is unbeatable! I totally forgot before and after photos to show you guys so I will for sure have to get those next time!
