DECEMBER 22, 2023 Made an appointment for them to come pump our drywell. They couldn't come for 2 WEEKS. Okay, we can deal with that. The day came, no show by noon, so called. They said between 4 and 5. No show. Called again. First thing tomorrow morning. Well guess what? NO SHOW. Called an other company. Nest Tuesday and ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHEAPER.
The BEST SEPTIC service providers went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were on time, kept me updated on progress, and patiently answered the many questions I had. I am extremely grateful for their help in a time when so many of us have needed their services.
UNRELIABLE! Called to confirm appointment and they had nothing. Upon reschedule they tried to charge me $120 than first appointment. Nice job helping a disabled vet!
