I underwent counseling with the Best Self Clinic beginning in 2010. I received and enjoyed counseling with them for 2 years, long distance from Minnesota to Naples. During the course of my treatment for a severe and persistent mental illness I went from a college drop-out and addict, to a leader in my community, a straight A student, and employee of the month. Their wisdom and knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coupled with their personalized treatment plan and Rational Emotive Therapy helped me change my whole life.
