Found out that even though Best was taking our money each month we were Not being monitored. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with Tony.
My husband and I had Telus previously, and the service was well below par. They gave us a refurbished camera and essentially said its fixed, although there was a huge scratch across the lens. Long story short although we were only paying 18/mth for home security with Telus, nothing worked. So we switched to Best Security. Well worth the change and welcome the customer service that is received by talking to a real human and not on hold for hours to speak to someone who can't even speak English. Thank you Best Security!
Tony, Judy and their team provide a remarkable level of personalized service that is so hard to find. The entire team at best have gone above and beyond. From a very generous quote from the owner. To the amazing installer, who came back twice to ensure everything was running smooth. To the Amazing Judy behind the scenes, going out of her way one day to go collect my keys, to meeting my tenant at 9am to give her access. A true family vibe for such an amazing company where there are many companies readily available. Don’t think twice. Use them, and then only.
