This is an honest business. I did not end up purchasing a security system as I had planned. After an initial review of my concerns and perceived needs Tony educated me on issues regarding stratas and common areas. He informed me of potential issues practical and legal and we concluded that there were other avenues I needed to explore before investing into a system that would’ve been a contravention to my condo’s by-laws. He don’t make a buck off me but had some sage advice. Thank you.
Found out that even though Best was taking our money each month we were Not being monitored. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with Tony.
My husband and I had Telus previously, and the service was well below par. They gave us a refurbished camera and essentially said its fixed, although there was a huge scratch across the lens. Long story short although we were only paying 18/mth for home security with Telus, nothing worked. So we switched to Best Security. Well worth the change and welcome the customer service that is received by talking to a real human and not on hold for hours to speak to someone who can't even speak English. Thank you Best Security!
Tony, Judy and their team provide a remarkable level of personalized service that is so hard to find.
