Oliver was fantastic! He did excellent carpet cleaning work, arrived on time, and everything turned out great. There was a huge difference in how our carpet looked, just in time for our Open House. Oliver was also very informative, gave some helpful advice, and showed care in his work. I really appreciated how kind and thoughtful he was with my 3-year-old son, making sure he was safe around the cleaning equipment and even interacting with him. We’re very happy and will definitely use Best Sacramento Carpet Cleaning again!

after a lot of rain and a sump pump problem, water soaked my carpet downstairs. i first called another big carpet cleaning company, but they left a bad smell and charged a lot. then i called Best Sacramento Carpet Cleaning and shawn showed up right away with all the right equipment. he worked hard to fix the issue. they really know about carpet cleaning, are quick, and don’t overcharge. i will always use them for any carpet cleaning needs. if your carpet has problems, definitely call them first. highly recommend!

My wife and I are in our 80s and we've had our carpets cleaned many times over the years, but we've never had anyone do as amazing a job as William from Best Sacramento Carpet Cleaning. i can't recommend best sacramento carpet cleaning enough! if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. they did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. i've used other companies before, but the quality here is unbeatable. jace walked through every room with me to point out any tough spots, and he made sure each one was taken care of. very professional—you don't have to worry about anything. he even wrapped the corners to protect my walls during cleaning. i'm really impressed and won't call anyone else for carpet cleaning.
