negative ***** VERY DISAPPOINTING VERY VERY ANGRY We approached Best RV back in May with a request to re- seal our motorhome roof with a product called Veraseal (we supplied $900), we explained the process and gave him the details to investigate the process and asked if he would be capable and were assured that he was, we followed up several times & we finally booked the van in for Aug/Sept providing him with an out if he didn't think it doable. Replaced a rear stabiliser leg on my van. Rang when part was available and took no time at all to fit it. I was on my way in no time. Thanks Matt.Â
I was so looking forward to getting a little repair to my motorhome I was lead to believe that I would be in and out if I arrived at 8am I arrived at 7.30 and was told it could be ready later that afternoon I told the person behind the counter that was not I was told I left a very unsatisfied customer I could not recommend this businessÂ
Not even worth one star. I had a family member purchase a campervan in June, was advised it had ONE issue. We have had to spend over 5k since, has not even been able to be on the road and its still not fixed. Went from an "intermittent" wiper issue to a computer sensor issue. I will now be taking this further and persuing an ACL Claim. I contacted the team prior and got told "thats a weird issue". Stay away unless you have money to throw away.Â
Had a faulty toilet in our van early in our travels. Called Best RV and Matt was able to fit us in the next day. Fixed it and even found another problem in the van. Would recommend this business to any van owner.Â
