This is the worst company to do business with. Their installers don't know what they are doing. The door was installed incorrectly and was shaking and vibrating. They charged me to come back and supposedly fix it. It broke again. I had to hire a different company to fix their screw up.

We had a horrible, horrible experience working Best Rolling Doors. After much delay, the technician who came out today has told us that he was not told to service the motors, so he is unable to fix them – he's replacing the cosmetic pieces only. We started this project in July, and it didn’t conclude (if you can even call it that) until months later. It took countless follow-ups for us to even get a quote – well over a dozen unanswered emails and phone calls just to get the quote. When we finally got the quote and moved forw... read more
