If it were possible, I’d leave –5 stars. I bought a GMC Acadia from Best Roanoke Auto Sales and later learned it had a branded title that wasn’t clearly disclosed. I was forced to exchange it for an Acura, which then suffered a catastrophic engine failure on I-81 during heavy holiday traffic while I was traveling with four of my children. Buyers beware with this place. Really check out the status of the title. The lot is not required to volunteer this information. This particular dealer has alot of their vehicles for sale on Craigslist. Not all, but the majority are listed as rebuilt titles. While there are some decent prices being offered, theres no telling what these cars have been through to be completely totaled out. the dashboard of a car i was test driving that broke down mid test drive. If i could say one thing about this place is RUN!!! Even allowing a car like this out of the lot is embarrassing and shows how they care. This was a horrible experience i was stuck on the side of the road for 20 minutes and then was still asked if i wanted to make a purchase.
