Called in the morning, arranged a viewing for the afternoon on a pouring wet day. Car was sold, which is fair, but didn't even bother to call or message to cancel the appointment and let me know. Ad is still up. Awful customer service. Edit: To be clear, there was a confirmed appointment during the call. Another example of poor customer service.

We purchased an Audi A4 over a month ago. My son gave 5 stars the same day based on the interaction we have had with Alex. I had yet to offer my review until today. Why? I have had the same satisfaction as my son to offer Alex 5:stars but I waited for the after sale experience.... A few minor issues needed to be addressed and every time I called Alex was available or he called back. Alex delivered during the sale and most important after the sale. Yes 5 stars.
