Check in system is broken. Sat there for 30 min waiting on the link to get sent then sat there for another 30 min after it said everything was complete before someone asked if I needed help with the check in. They take your insurance card and id but yet you still have to upload it which doesn't make any sense. Sat there for over an hour is ridiculous and when we got there it was empty nobody was in the waiting room. Now sitting here for an hour with a sick child and still waiting to be called back. This place is amazing! Wonderful, knowledgeable and caring staff, I cannot recommend them enough!
Amazing doctors there. Doctor Chisola was there to help me when I had to be sent to the hospital during my pregnancy due to preeclampsia. I was a wreck in the office and she was so tender hearted and sweet to me. A couple days after my visit and having the baby due to the preeclampsia, she called the hospital to check on me. Love when you go to an urgent care and they don’t just make you feel like you’re just another patient to get through. Highly recommend!
