Made an appointment online for 8:15am- came in checked in, the receptionist never told me I would have to click a link to finish the check in process. I wondered why everyone else went before me. I found the text filled it out . She gave me a thumbs up, so I went to her, she told me it wasn’t completed, well that’s because the payment needed to be taken on their end for the sports physical. I've visited this office about 4 times. Twice for myself and twice for my son. Everyone has been super great every time. Chisola is passionate and caring. Her nurses are great as well. The receptionist is always friendly, kind, and helpful.
