Walk in for DOT physical. Professional staff Only took 1 hour. MVA send me email the same day that they had received my renewal.
Made an appointment. Took me right back at my appointment time. Very nice young lady. Took a strep test and said give me just a few minutes, the test takes about 7 minutes. 30 minutes later no one has returned to the room. Take a second and at least come back and make sure your patient is ok. Not acceptable.
I had a very pleasant experience despite being ill. The front desk attendant was very kind and Megan provided a concerned care of both health and financial. I am very thankful to have been referred to this office and will be using them in the future.
If I could give a zero star, I would. The facility is open until 5:00 pm, yet at 4:20 pm, my husband was told that he could not be seen. Policy is that the facility will continue to accept patients up to 15 minutes prior to closing (which would be 4:45). My husband arrived at 4:15. This is a clear policy violation with no care from the onsite staff.
